EA Sports have now confirmed that the big FIFA 18 trailer reveal is set to land tomorrow, June 5.
No set time for the big FIFA 18 news release has been confirmed, although it’s likely to be centered around 6pm BST.
That’s when other news drops traditionally occur, although EA Sports are expected to give out more information closer to the time.
The big FIFA 18 announcement was made on the game’s Facebook page, as well as posting the first look at the new logo.
The teaser trailer will be announced on the official YouTube channel, with EA Sports posting a link to it.
It’s unclear just how many details will be released, although one issue is sure to be cleared up.
The latest reports suggest that a different version of FIFA 18 on Nintendo Switch, then on PS4, Xbox One and PC could be on the cards.
An earlier EA statement talking about the Nintendo Switch reads: “If you’re at the park, at your friend’s house, or on vacation, you can always stay connected to the biggest matches.
“You’ll be able to get on the pitch with your favourite players and teams from the world’s best leagues in iconic stadiums from around the world… all with the unmatched authenticity and depth that FIFA is known for.”
A recent press release sent out by EA appears to note two different versions of the game, FIFA 18 and EA SPORTS FIFA on the Nintendo Switch.
This would suggest that the two games will not stack up the same side-by-side, although EA have yet to confirm any differences between them.
While it might not be directly touched upon tomorrow, fans should find out if there are two different versions of the game.
EA will likely want to clarify some of the information so that they can go straight into their EA PLAY event without needing to explaining everything all over again.
And it could be as little as confirming FIFA 18 for PS4 and Xbox One, while adding more on the Nintendo Switch version to be released soon.
Fans can expect the first teaser trailer to be released, along with new screenshots and a few basic details on what features will be returning.
